Dr. Eric Weiss
Eric Weiss is a plastic surgeon as well as board certified general surgeon passionate about both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Eric was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology from Duke University. He completed his General Surgery training at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia where he was awarded the Das Award for the most outstanding chief surgical resident. Eric continued his education by completing a three-year Plastic Surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where he received training by world leaders in facial and body aesthetics, breast reconstruction, microsurgery, extremity reconstruction, and skin cancer (“Mohs”) reconstruction, among other disciplines.
Throughout general surgery and plastic surgery residency, Eric averaged above the 95th percentile on in-service examinations, a testament to his knowledge and dedication to mastery of his education. He has authored and co-authored several manuscripts and book chapters. Clinically, Eric has a particular interest in facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, breast reconstruction, extremity reconstruction, and facial skin cancer reconstruction. Above all else, Eric values the relationships he develops with his patients and takes pride in giving them a natural and personalized result.
